The use of this software acknowledges that you have read this agreement, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

COPYRIGHT

All title and copyrights in and to 123NewZ, the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of 123NewZ are owned by AtTechnologies.

You may install and use this software provided that you do not use it for illegal practices.
LIMITED WARRANTY

This software and the accompanying files are "sold/given as is" and without warranties as to performance or merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied.

Because of the various hardware and software environments into which 123NewZ may be put, no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered.

This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the software has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.

The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. Any liability of 123NewZ will be limited exclusively to product replacement at the discretion of AtTechnologies.

Software Support
Shareware products are limited to email only support, telephone calls regarding support cannot be taken. Email support is free for shareware product for 3 months from date of purchase.
